Robert Raben. an outstanding high school senior from North Miami Beach. Fla.. who has been named 1981 National Youth of the Year by the National Exchange Club. This honor has been accorded to the 17yearold Mr. Raben in view of his excellent academic recordhe has been a member of the National Scholastic Honor Society for 4 years. for his original essay entitled. "America. My View". and also for his equally impressive extracurricular activities.
