I thank the gentleman for yielding. One thing that disturbed me about the amendment of the gentleman from Florida. and appears to me to be cured by the amendment that has been offered by the gentleman from New York . was that it would exclude the contract migrant workers who are brought in from places like Haiti totally legally. It seems to me to have them here legally. working here and deprive them of access to our court system while they are here is totally improper. Therefore. I would be inclined very much to support the amendment offered by the gentleman from New York .
