The hearing will be held in room 2237 of the Rayburn House Office Building and will commence at 9:30 a.m. This bill would delay from April 1. 1981. until October 1. 1982. the termination of full Federal reimbursement of the costs of providing cash assistance. medical assistance. and child welfare services to refugees who have been in the United States for more than 3 years. Invitations to testify have been extended to officials from the Department of Health and Human Services. the State of California. and representatives of the National Association of Counties. Members of Congress who wish to testify before the subcommittee on the aforementioned date should address their requests to the subcommittee. room 2137.
