Dr. Brailovsky joined a group of fellow scientists who had been denied the right to emigrate and who were barred from pursuing their professional careers. They organized the Moscow Sunday Seminar. discussing latest developments in various fields of science. Noted scientists from other nations who were visiting in Moscow were invited to lecture on new developments.
