Mr. President. I send to the desk a bill for the relief of Emanuel F. Lenkersdorf. and ask that it be read twice and reported to the appropriate committee. Mr. Lenkersdorf is a citizen of Germany. 21 years of age. and is in this country on a student visa. He is currently attending Northern Virginia Community College. Mr. Lenkersdorfs parents are native Germans who came to North America and resided in Mexico City at the time of his birth. He lived there until he was 9 years old. at which time his family moved to Ohio. After 4 years. his father chose to do missionary work among the Indian population of southern Mexico.
