In recognition of his many talents and as a tribute to the bipartisanship of his social vision Philip Klutznick has served under seven Presidents of the United States. Whether as a Commissioner of Federal Public Housing under President Roosevelt or as delegate to the U.N. under President Eisenhower or as Secretary of Commerce under President Carter.
