Lili Meier. a survivor of the Auschwitz camp. will be placed in the museum for all the world to see. These photographs are perhaps the most significant documentation of the acts which took place during the Nazi holocaust and the most complete visual record of the death camp at Auschwitz known to exist. A few of the photos from Mrs. Meiers album are widely recognized because she sold them after she was freed from prison in order to raise money to emigrate to the United States. Mrs. Meier held the remaining photographs in her album at her home in Florida.
