Mr. Speaker. today I am introducing a sense of the Congress resolution which calls upon the President to direct the immediate canvassing of all unsponsored Cuban refugees. Rather than sit idly by as American lives and property are endangered by another round of airline hijackings. why do not we determine now. which refugees wish to remain in this country and obey our laws. For the ones who do not wish to remain. they do not have to hijack an airplanewe will send them back free of charge. Mr. Speaker. I believe that once again the United States is being duped by Fidel Castro.
