One of the top priorities of the U.S. delegation dealt with "Women and the U.N. System." Specifically. the emphasis of the resolution focuses. on the critical need for a fuller participation of women in both the formulation of policy and the implementation of programs at all levels of activity in the United Nations and of the members states.
