ANDY MAGUIRE. Last week. 60 of our colleagues joined In an appeal to Leonid Brezhnev to ask that Boris Dekhovich be permitted to emigrate. I include for the RECORD a copy of our letter and a list of those who signed. I hope that by the end of this Congress I will be able to report the good news that Boris Dekhovich is in Israel.
