I do not know what is wrong down there. I do not know if they are blind to the problem or if they have seen it. but do not understand it. I do not know what it is. but I detect one thing. There is a reluctance to do something about it. Perhaps it is based upon the fear of offending somebody. that may be the reason behind quitting calling them illegals and called them undocumented. You know. it does not sound qu:te so offensive. I do not know what it is. but we have to do something about it.
