Castro has gotten. rid of many of the people in Cuba he wanted to get rid of. and has sent them to this country. at our expense. I certainly hope that our Government will deport the convicted criminals. the lepers. and those who are diseased. I hope the mental defectives will be deported. They certainly should not have been admitted. in the first place. As the distinguished Senator has pointed out. all these people have come in and immediately have gone on welfarenot only costing our taxpayers money. but also adding to this countrys unemployment rolls. which are rising rapidly today.
