Mr. Holmes has served this church since May 28. 1978. Mr. Holmes is a naturalized citizen of the United States. having been born in Belfast. Northern Ireland. He studied at the University of Southern Mississippi and Mobile College. receiving his bachelor of arts degree from Mobile College. Mobile. Ala. He subsequently received his master of divinity degree from Reformed Theological Seminary. Jackson. Miss. The good people of the First Presbyterian Church. as well as all the citizens of Pascagoula. have been blessed by having Mr.
