Ecuador. Brazil. and all of them. They could certainly absorb a great number of these refugees with ease. And goodness knows. we make contributions in bilateral aid. We are going to deal with that bill tomorrow. I would like to see some reciprocity. I know there is some. and I have read where Argentina and Chile are going to take some cf these refugees. But it should not be a United States problem. it should be a hemispheric problem. I again salute the gentleman from Illinois for his great interest. and I am sure that with him watching this problem we will. so far as Congress is concerned. arrive at some solutions.
