Speech #960219472

Admission of Jewa to institutes of higher education is rapidly declining entry into almost all of the faculties of Moscow State University is closed to them as well. Freedom of expression is a meaningless phrase for those under the Soviet Communist regime. Despite the campaign of repression. the Soviets do not permit the emigration of these Soviet Jewsa people the regime considers undesirable. They deliberately restrict emigration and freedom of expression because the alternative is giving their citizens a free choice. a voice which is intolerable to Soviet tyranny. AS antiSemitism and harassment increase. Soviet Jews are being more solidly locked into a country which they desire to leave.
