I would like to share their remarks with you and my colleagues. We are a Jewish Youth Group. U.S.Y. (United Synagogue Youth) from Temple Beth Emet. in Anaheim. and we are very concerned about our fellow Jews in the Soviet Union. We recognize the rights of all people to worship and practice their religion. We would like to make you aware of the problems In the Soviet Union: Many Russian Jews apply for exit visas to either America. Israel. or other countries where they can be free to practice their rellglon without fear of persecution. But most of these Jews are refused .permission from the government to leave.
