Chairman pro tempore of the Committee of the Whole House on the State of the Union. reported that that Committee. having had under consideration the bill . to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to revise the procesures for the admission of refugees. to amend the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 to establish a more uniform basis for the provision of assistance to refugees. and for other purposes. pursuant to House Resolution 499. he reported the bill back to the House with an amendment adopted by the Committee of the Whole.
