Education. and Welfare versus the Office of the U.S. Coordinator for Refugee Affairs in the Department of State. and third. raising the funding ceiling of the emergency migration and refugee fund. I would like to take this opportunity to commend those who have made it possible to bring this vital legislation to the floor. In particular. I want to commend the distinguished chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary. Mr. RODINO. and the distinguished chairwoman of the Subcommittee on Immigration. Refugees and International Law.
