There were 70 to 80 of them marching with signs reading. "Death to the U.S. Imperialists." "Death to the Shah." and all that kind of baloney. It seems to me that the Justice Department should begin seriously to consider invoking the laws having to do with deportation of undesirable aliens and revocation of visas. The fact that this administration. at least on TV this morning. suggests that we might send Ramsey Clark over there as the U.S. emissary to try to solve this problem should not give us a great deal of comfort. Ramsey Clark does not really have a track record of being a standup. tough. twofisted. good negotiator.
