That being the case. it would be difficult for a manager to be procured for the refugee assistance bill. because the manager. I believe. must be out of that committee. and the ranking minority manager also would be from that committee. Therefore. I ask unanimous consent that when Mr. NUNN completes his statement under the order. the Senate stand in recess until 12:30 p.m. today. and at that time the Senate then proceed to the refugee assistance bill.
