Mr. Speaker. our Nation has repeatedly urged the civilized societies of the world to appropriate most urgently needed aid for the refugees of Cambodia. Action is urgently needed to help prevent the millions of deaths of Cambodian people. by starvation and disease. We are not alone in asking for a worldwide effort to help avert the annihilation of the Cambodian people. I would like to submit for the benefit of my colleagues. a statement submitted to me by my good friend Chhang Song. former Minister of Information of Cambodia. on behalf of the free Cambodian refugee communities of France and the United States.
