In the beginning of June it was received that he must be ready to receive his visa "in some days." But Soviet officials changed their mind and I was informed by the Chief of Department of Visas (OVIR) Mr. Zotov in the middle of July that Misha can try to apply for a visa again in November only. Can we rely on it? As to me. my wife and our small son it was said that we must wait for our visas during additional years (being about six years "refusniks" up to now). Its our last news.
