Aloysius Mazewski. president of the Alliance. which is the largest PolishAmerican fraternal organization in the United States. took part in the ceremony. Mr. Speaker. this is a good example of the continuing commitment of Polish Americans to the values that we all cherish as Americans. The delegates of the Polish National Alliance were conscious of the fact that they were honoring a fellow Pole who fought for America. Through their organization. these descendants of Polish immigrants continue the work of building America. Throughout our Nations history. Polish Americans have always contributed their very special talents and hard work toward the greater good.
