I am proud of my part in helping this man emigrate from a country that puts freedom behind expediency. Everyone in this House should share in this pride. because it was our collective effort that finally swayed the Argentine courts to allow him to go free. So when we wonder at times about what we are accomplishing here. we can take great comfort from such events. and realize that we have been able to influence freedom and justice throughout the world.
