In the Middle East. yes. because the five powers agree. Yes. in Cyprus. because the five powers agree. As a matter of fact. the United Nations refugee program is straining itself to its limits. At the moment there are approximately 200.000 refugees on the island of Cyprus. and there are thousands of Palistinians scattered all over the Middle East. They are not equipped financially or on a manpower basis to undertake what would be their assignment under this amendment. I realize the magic emphasis on the U.N..
