The fact is if we had had good leadership there would not have been the massive loss of aircraft and military materiel that occurred on the ground in South Vietnam. Mr. Speaker. we have one basic obligation. and that is to get the Americans out first. What the hell good is the United Nations. who are sitting by without doing anything. and who are spending our money and everything else? We should not probably be in that doggone organization the way they conduct their business. This is their problem. Let them go in there and pull the refugees out. But we do have an obligation to the American people. They want the Americans out of there. and they want the war ended.
