The resources which have been mobilized since the beginning of the North Vietnamese offensive to meet the needs of refugees has indeed been impressive. It is almost staggering to consider how much work. coordination. and dedication by AID employees and the private voluntary organizations in Vietnam has gone into the movement of huge quantities of emergency supplies mobilized for Vietnams refugee support. I am sure my colleagues have received substantial quantities of mail. as I have. asking what our Government has done to help the refugees. Therefore. I ask unanimous consent that a sample of the supplies which have been mobilized for this effort as of April 9 be printed in the RECORD.
