In brief. S. 66 extends for fiscal years 1975 through 1977 the nurse training authorities contained in the Public Health Service Act with some additions and modifications. In addition. the bill extends for 2 years. fiscal years 1975 and 1976. programs for community health centers. migrant health centers. community mental health centers. and programs of family planning. The bill extends for 2 years the health revenue sharing authorities contained in section 314(d) of the Public Health Service Act. Under the bill the programs of the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta will now include a program for the control of diseases borne by rodents.
