Boris arrived in Israel. finally to taste the freedom for which he has so dearly paid. I am sure my colleagues join me in wishing him a happy and peaceful life with his family. Shortly after his release from prison. Boris issued a statement describing the harsh conditions which Soviet Jewry must endure and calling upon all of us to continue the struggle on behalf of those who are still "prisoners of conscience." I insert his statement in the RECORD at this point. as an eloquent reminder to all of us that emigration remains a hardtowin right in the Soviet Union:
