On Wednesday. March 12. 1975. the subcommittee will receive testimony from additional Members of Congress who desire to be heard on this legislation. the American Civil Liberties Union. and Zero Population Growth. This hearing will be held in room 2141. Rayburn House Office Building. and will begin at 10 a.m. On Thursday. March 13. 1975. the subcommittee will receive testimony from the U.S.
