These nen have been imprisoned in Russia on trumpedup charges which mask the real reason for their incarceration: they all wanted to emigrate to Israel. Ninetythree of my colleagues joined in signing that letter to Chairman Brezhnev. which my colleague. the gentleman from New Y3rk proposed to present personally to Mr. Brezhnev during a planned trip to Moscow in January. 1975.
