Basically. my bill would amend the ExportImport Bank Act to eliminate the provisions relating to credit ceilings and subceilings. It would also amend the Trade Reform Act of 1974 to repeal the section that * * *. It would also repeal the conforming section of the Trade Reform Act. This bill introduction is somewhat symbolic of my dismay over the failure of the emigration agreement and the shortsighted sendtorial actions which contributed to it. Nevertheless. I hope that it will be taken seriously by those who still believe that we can implement the title IV agreement. and are willing to take the necessary actions.
