I am today reintroducing a private bill for the relief of Nestor Manuel LaraOtoya. a man who lives in my district. Denver. Colo. Mr. Nestor Manuel LaraOtoya is the father of four childrenall in their late teens or twenties. three of whom are In the United States. one of whom is missing. Mr. LaraOtoyas wife is deceased. Now in his fifties. Mr. LaraOtoya has no one of consequence to him in his native Peru. He is not. nor will he be. a public charge. He is supported by his family which has emigrated to the United States. Mr. LaraOtoya has been in the United States 4 years.
