On the Judiciary Committee. the able Senator was the ranking Republlcan on the subcommittees dealing with juvenile delinquency. national penitentiaries. and citizen interests. He also served on the same committees Subcommittees on Constitutional Amendments. Criminal Laws and Procedures. Immigration and Naturalization. and Internal Security.
