There is the question involved in the Jackson amendment alone. which I favor. by the way. I am not opposed to it. They say that immigration is germane. but taxation of a foreign corporation is not germane. Well. I agree that deregulation of natural gas is not relevant. but I want to point out that no amendment that I have placed on. the desk. or most of those others-
