Mr. Speaker. Judith Hydes. a serious student of Chilean affairs. has written to inform me concerning a very disturbing situation developing in this country. She writes that Marxist professors from Chile are teaching their ideology to American students at our universities. and that influential Americans are assisting these Chileans by urging the U.S. Government to provide asylum for these socalled "political refugees" who are equated with genuine escapes from Hungary and Cuba.
