Speaker. with a great deal of regret I announce Clevelands loss by death of Michael Zone. veteran of 14 years as a city councilman and of nearly 25 years in service to the community for the public good. Michael Zone worked hard for his city and was respected and admired by all those who knew him. Even before his appointment to the city council he served his community in other ways. most notably by helping immigrants to establish themselves in the city. Those of us who knew him will sorely miss him. At this time I would like to insert into the RECORD these newspaper articles from the Cleveland Plain Dealer which describe the type of man that Michael Zone was:
