I would hope that the Department could release the studies already made. and that the administration will pursue additional studies along the lines recommended in the subcommittee report. Mr. President. I would like to commend the Departments report on new humanitarian programs to assist orphans and other war victims in need throughout Indochina. I hope further progress will be made over the coming year. and I pledge my complete support for the relief and rehabilitation programs outlined in the Departments statement. Mr. President. I ask unanimous consent that the letter and statement I received from the Department of State commenting on the Refugee Subcommittees study mission recommendations. be printed in the RECORD.
