Mr. Speaker. a great man and a great American is a dear friend of my wife and myself and lives on Miami Beach. He is Baron Vladimir Kuhn von Poushental who was born in Russia of a distinguished family and fought in the White Russian Army during the Revolution. After the White Russian Army was defeated he fled to Ameria in 1918. His accomplishments in this country have been numerous and outstanding. The first I shall mention is his association with an old pilot friend and fellow Russian refugee. Dr. George de Bothezat. who developed the first prototype helicopter. Dr. de Bothezat died in 1940.
