April 1. and will commence at 9:30 a.m. During the meeting officials of the Passport Office will discuss the general procedures to be followed in applying for a passport including the documentation which must accompany such an application. In addition. officials of the Visa Office. Department of State. will again be present to respond to any questions which were unanswered at the earlier meetings. This will be the final presentation by the Department of State and I wish to invite all interested staff members. particularly those who work with immigration. citizenship. and passport matters. to attend this seminar. I also wish to announce that on April 8 we will commence several seminars which will be conducted by officials of the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Department of Justice.
