Mr. Speaker. Robert Abrams. president of the borough of the Bronx. has recently returned from a visit to the Soviet Union and he has written a very moving article about the plight of Jews who want to leave the country so that they may live In Israel. He is personally involved in the struggle to assure free emigration and I wish to salute his untiring efforts in behalf of Russian Jewry.
