Well. I want you to know you have all kinds of moral support in this country. I certainly am very much in support of the Jackson Amendment which makes It impossible to give any special treatment to the Soviet Union. mostfavorednation clause treatment if they will not allow their citizens to emigrate to countries that they want too and live up to the Declaration to Human Rights under the U.N. Charter. I think that the majority of the United States Congress feels the same way that I do and we will not give any special trade or economic consideration to the Soviet Union. unless they eliminate what we consider to be an inhuman wall that prevents people from going to the country of their choice and emigrating freely. Iam certainly going to speak to people in the Senate and Ill mention the fact on the floor of the Senate that I had the opportunity to speak to you in Moscow and I just wish you the very. very best of luck and I am so sorry that your having the kind of problems that you are. its inhuman.
