Third. increase emphasis on the participation of all health disciplines in the management of the system and in the provision of health services. Fourth. include greater specificity as to services included in preventive health services. Fifth. utilize the skills of clinical pharmacists to the greatest possible extent. and Sixth. an amendment I cosponsored with Senator KENNEDY. to authorize the Secretary to contract with health maintenance organizations to provide health services to native American Indians and to domestic migrant and seasonal farmworkers.
