Session #93 · 1973–75

Speech #930121262

I am in agreement with the philosophy of immigration inherent in the preference system established by this bill. I feel it is desirable that the United States have a worldwide immigration system which emphasizes the reunification of families and encourages the employment of alien labor to meet specific domestic needs. However.
