The gentleman from Texas would propose they can only be admitted when they have been hired by a particular employer. It further provides that is the only person they can work for when they get to this country unless they get special permission of the Secretary. It further provides that if at any time they leave that particular employ. they are then subject to deportation. If they do not get out of the country inside of 2 weeks after leaving the employer who contracted to bring them in. they are subject to prosecution and imprisonment for the commission of a felony. In other words. if you come to work under a contract for a particular employer. you had better do what he says. you had better behave yourself and you had better not raise any complaints about the wages or the working conditions. because if you do. bango. right back to Mexico.
