Speech #930048359

From a kindergarten to the Polltbureauthe country consists of collectives. One of the deadly sins often imputed to this person that is "setting himself above the collective" while a collective usually has no autonomy and no definite sphere of competence. it is held to be responsible for the behavior of its members. When a person commits the atrocious act of applying for a visa the collective does not have to wait for directives from above. As often as not after expressing its indignation. it suggests some form of reprisals and then asks for permission to carry them out. In such cases there is always something to gain as well as to fear.
