So the time is long overdue that we started reminding ourselves what is good about America. what has made this the greatest Nation in the history of the world. Native Americans sometimes tend to take for granted the freedoms and other great benefits that make this Nation what it is. They need to be reminded of what is right about Americaby those who are Americans not by birth but by choice. This was brought home to me in a recent article in my hometown paper. the St. Petersburg Times. The article was written by a naturalized American. and carries a message that should be etched in the hearts of all Americans. Here is what he had to say:
