It is shocking that any nation which claims to be a civilized nation would associate itself with such a barbarous practice. It is exacting tribute in the most unconscionable way from people who seek to realize an ageold dream of being reunited in their ancient homeland with their own people. where they can enjoy freedom and live in dignity.
