This will draw the rope around the necks of Soviet Jews even tighter. They have no schools. their synagogues are closed and they have no cultural life. Now they have no opportunity to emigrate to Israel. The fantastic ransom demands of the Soviet UnionI refuse to call them "fees"-by far exceed the total worth of each Jews property and total earnings over a period of 5 to 8 years.
