I want to reiterate that this amendment can only be performing a very useless act because there Is a provision In our immigration. the socalled H2 visa that you read that is being used now in these very areas. It would be used for those who come temporarily to the United States to perform temporary services or labor. if unemployed persons capable of performing such services or labor cannot be found in this country. It would seem to me. therefore. that we do already have established law which is available to the individual who finds a needand when the Secretary of Labor finds that there are not available American workers who desire this kind of employment.
